Instructions:
Just put your Freez Pak in the coldest part of your freezer for 6 to 10 hours.
Remove and place in your ice chest on top of your food.
Cool air travels downward.
Use approximately half as many Freez Pak bags by weight as you would ice.
Freez Paks can be frozen thousands of times without losing cooling power.
