Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that postal service delays and/or problems are outside of our control. We are not liable for delays in delivery when tracking provides continual updates, i.e. weather delays.

If by chance there is no movement or update to your order after 14 days please contact us. We will then investigate the problem and see if we can reship your item or issue a full refund, with the expectation you "REFUSE" the first package if it ever ends up being delivered.

Once a package is marked Delivered we are no longer liable and the order will not be reshipped if the package cannot be found. It is the customer's responsibility to contact their local Post Office or other carrier. If you need assistance with a claim please email us at info@cripedistributing.com.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse in Boise, Idaho. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the next business day typically. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cripe Distributing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cripedistributing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

FedEx and UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Provide your physical address on orders using those carriers.
