Shipping & Delivery
In order to get orders out in a timely fashion, our process is somewhat automated. Once your payment is received, it is assumed that you are finished ordering and are ready to have the items shipped. Orders print automatically in the warehouse, and are then pulled, packed, and shipped. Due to our high volume, it is difficult for us to combine, add to, or cancel orders once they have printed. We will always strive to get you the best shipping price possible, so if your shipping seems unreasonable, or if you have any other questions, please contact us via email at roncripe@yahoo.com or give us a call at (208) 424-3370. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 
 
Privacy & Security

Credit card information for web orders is protected in the following ways:

  • 128-bit encryption to and from the servers and web browser.
  • Credit card numbers are not stored in our database. We keep on file only the last 4 digits to verify the card that was used.
  • Once the information is transmitted to our servers for processing, we use encryption in the back end to transmit the request to our payment processor to verify the credit card and place an authorization for the order total.
  • If the authorization, address verification and risk assessment all clear, the order is accepted and a unique ID is associated with the order for purposes of billing the previous authorization. This ID contains no identifiable link to the credit card number.
 
Returns & Replacements
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving your item(s). Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging, and the buyer is to pay the return shipping. All returns must include the original order number and may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive your items, you will be refunded for the item(s) less the shipping in the manner payment was received.
 
If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us via email at roncripe@yahoo.com or by phone at (208) 424-3370. If there is any damage to your package when it arrives, please contact us immediately and take pictures before opening it. Please keep the package along with any damaged items, as UPS or USPS will want to inspect the package once a claim is filed.

Much of our inventory is kept offsite from our offices, so if you have a question that requires us to get the physical item in order to answer it, please allow at least two business days for a response.
